Ireland is the second fastest growing organic market globally according to FiBL

Research released on the opening day of Biofach by FiBL showed that Ireland was the second fastest growing purchases of organic food globally. Irish consumers spent €31 per capita on organic food in 2015, which is up 23% on the previous year. This is encouraging news for the growing organic sector in Ireland.
