Joe O’Connell and his daughter Rebecca Harris farm in Ashford, Co. Wicklow. Their Aberdeen Angus herd is marketed under the brand Ballyhenry Angus. The farm also hosts the film set for the hugely successful TV series Vikings which makes it a very interesting mixed enterprise organic farm!

Brian O' Regan farms in Dunderrow just outside of Kinsale. A tillage and poultry farmer, he converted the tillage operation to organic production back in 2008.
